We are an independent intelligence firm based in Ottawa, Canada, focused on the Democratic Republic of Congo. We follow the country’s regulatory, fiscal and financial developments at the source, in French, and explain what they mean for mining operators, investors and lenders.
Our DRC Monthly Financial Intelligence Report covers public finance, banking, mining policy and political risk, and keeps what was published separate from what we think it means. Our analysis draws on three decades of economic and financial experience and on first-hand knowledge of the DRC.
Why we exist
